Omar Amghar is the founder and CEO of Niteo, a B2B industrial product studio based in Strasbourg, France. For 7 years he has designed and built mobile, IoT and cloud products for industrial companies — most recently as a mobile and web solutions architect. His technical specialty sits at the intersection of three disciplines most agencies treat separately: connected-device mobile applications, offline-first React Native architectures for field environments, and AWS serverless backends.
Omar founded Niteo in 2025 after watching the same flaw repeat across industrial briefs in France and Europe: small generalist agencies couldn't handle the device pairing, connectivity edge cases or offline-sync conflict resolution that factory and field-service apps demand — while large IT consultancies buried those same projects under an overhead that destroyed industrial timelines. Niteo's answer is the Industrial Agile methodology: two-week internal sprints coupled with externally fixed milestones, giving industrial buyers the predictability of a fixed price and the reactivity of agile in the same engagement.
Under Omar's direction, Niteo's founding expertise delivered Hager Group's connected industrial mobile app — shipped in eight months in parallel with Hager's industrial production, today live in 20+ countries and awarded iF Design Award Gold 2025. The team also delivered EIA Tech's B2B SaaS platform.
Niteo's entry point is a paid Discovery phase: a fixed-scope, fixed-price sprint of two to four weeks that produces a roadmap, a product spec and an architecture decision record before any build commitment. Omar considers it the most effective de-risking lever for an industrial buyer burned by open-scope fixed-price RFPs.
